3. Picking / Small parts warehouse / Cable warehouse
Because we keep sufficient raw material on stock, we can guarantee fast delivery times.

4. Cable cutting
Optimizing the processes with automatic cutting and stripping of cables doesn´t only decrease the throughput times, but also increases process stability.

5. Crimping centre
Machine crimping with fully automatic, crimp force controlling assures highest process stability. Measuring data is stored without any gaps and can be therefore traced back on at any time.

6. Production / Assembly
A technically up-to-date equipped production centre, extraordinarily educated employees and an ERP system customized to the requirements of our field, makes it possible to work on many hundred production orders simultaneously. This is how we manage highest quality in very few days throughput time.

7. Testing area / Quality seal
Every product must go through an extensive quality check in the testing area. The labelling with a barcode seal makes it possible, using our ERP system, to trace both material and personnel.

8. Shipping
Thousands of high quality assembled cables and complex system cables leave our company every day. Competent employees make sure, that all our products reach their worldwide destination safely.
