Customized Assemblies
SANGEL® develops and manufactures a large variety of special customized solutions. This especially includes:

  • Modified standard cables i.e. for high mechanical stress
  • Special cables, if components from different OEMs need to be connected
  • System-independent cable assemblies

To assure an optimal solution even with difficult applications, i.e. very high or extremely low temperatures or aggressive environmental conditions, SANGEL® intensively works with the research and development departments of the cable and connector companies.




Ready for connection “Plug and Play” solutions
Ideally, the complete electrical and fluid-technical installation of a machine is available as a completely prefabricated “Plug and Play” solution. This means, apart from cable assemblies, hydraulic and pneumatic hoses, following components are also included in the system solution:

  • Sensors, limit switches etc.
  • Cable chains
  • Circuit boards

  • Sheet metal parts including surface treatment

Customized industrial electronics
Saving costs and developing convincing solutions simultaneously is the current challenge in the industrial electronics. Despite the enormous offer of standardised automation components we can see that there is a huge cost saving potential when developing customized electronic assembly groups. The reason for this is that standard automation components are often developed oversized for very specific applications – because not all applications are required or more applications are needed, you pay too much. With an individual, customized solution, you receive a cost and functionally optimized product which also gives you advantages against competitors.
